Can I rent or buy the phone adapter?

You can not rent the phone adapter. Nevertheless you can buy this one in two ways: A single payment during the subscription or in multiple equal predefined installments which is added to its monthly invoicing.

The first installment will be automatically withdrawn when ordering. The second installment will be taken on the day that the services are installed.

What is the minimum time to transfer my phone number to Bravo Telecom?

Can I set up my Bravo Telecom’s phone by myself?

Yes, the provided equipment are already preconfigured. And with the instructions that you will receive with your starter kit, you will be able to plug your equipment by yourself.

How can I make calls overseas?

Bravo Telecom offers 200 free minutes of monthly long distance calls. For overseas calls, you must purchase a calling card compatible with IP telephony; we recommend you Fona or Ultra brands.

How can I set up my voicemail?

Please dial * 98, press the call button, and follow the process (0 then 1 then your voicemail personal message then #). If you have forgotten your password, please contact our tech support by phone (514-227-4647) or by email at support@bravotelecom.com

What is the minimum time to transfer my phone number to Bravo Telecom?

I already have a phone number with my current provider, is that I can keep with Bravo Telecom?

Yes, Bravo Telecom offers to transfer your phone number for free. Provided that your current phone number is still active with your actual telephony provider at the transfer date.

What are the costs of transferring telephone line?

Transferring your phone number to Bravo Telecom is a free service offered to all our new Duo customers. Some fees may be apply for those only have the telephony plan with us. If you want to transfer an additional line a fee of $ 10 must be paid.

What are Bravo Telecom’s telephony plans ?

Bravo Telecom offers two types of phone plans: the Performance plan with unlimited local calls and 200 minutes of long distance calls to Canada and the US, and the Liberty plan with unlimited local calls and 1000 minutes of long distance calls toward Canada and USA.

What happens when I reach the number of minutes included in my phone plan?

When you reach your phone plan limit, outgoing long distance calls toward Canada and USA are blocked.

After suspension, how can I reactivate my long distance outgoing calls toward Canada and USA ?

You can refill your phone plan by buying a credit of 200min, using the following methods:

  1. By calling our customer service at 514-227-4647.
  2. Via your customer portal under the “Phone” tab

When I refill my phone account, do I lose the refill credit at the end of the month ?

No, the remaining minutes in your refill credit are deferred to the following months until full consumption.
