At Bravo Telecom, we take the growing concern over the current situation around COVID-19 very seriously. The health and well-being of customers, employees and their loved ones is our priority, and that is why we would like to update you on the current situation.

As a preventive measure, the Longueuil store will be closed until further notice.

The Montreal store will remain open from 10 am to 5 pm and will serve its customers only by appointment by calling: (514) 227-4647 option 1. As a precaution, we have strengthened our cleaning and hygiene protocols in our offices and agencies. We take the time to clean and disinfect our materials and equipment in order to preserve the safety of customers and employees.

For reasons of hygiene and control, questions will be asked when making an appointment by phone as well as when your technician visits your home.

Our call center is available during normal hours, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Or log on to our website www.bravotelecom.com and access the BT account for the online payment service.
