  • The second option is to have the equipment shipped to your home. Afterward, a technician will come to set up the necessary power cable and network cable. This offer is only $10.

  • The last option is the full installation. Only available for the residents on Montreal city. For only $30 : Get a full installation service.This includes the delivery of your equipment and a full installation by one of our technicians.

When you subscribe with our company, you will have to pay the application and the activation fees.These fees may change from one technology to another.

For example, the application fees for our cable plans only cost $9.95. But with our FTTN plans, you will have to pay $19.95 on application fees and $30 on activations fees.

Yes, you can either rent or purchase your modem. For  our cable package: the rental is $2.50/month, with a deposit of $30. After that, if you decide to buy the equipment, it will cost you $45.95.

For the FTTN plans going from a speed of 7 to 15, you can get the modem for $49.95. And for the FTTN plans with a speed going from 25 and up, you can get the modem for $69.95. You cannot rent the equipment with this kind of technology.

Yes, you can rent or buy your router. But only with the cable technology. For the cable/hybrid fiber internet plans the rental is $2.50/month, with a deposit of $20. If you buy the material, it will cost you $29.95.

Yes, some equipment is accepted by Bravo Telecom, depending on theirs speeds and technologies :
 

For FTTN plans: Any DSL modem with an uploading speed of 1 mb/s (FTTN 7 to 15)
All the VDSL modems can be used if they have an uploading speed of maximum 10 Mb/s (FTTN 25 and more)

Unfortunately, we do not accept any other type of modem than ours for cable packages

Yes, Bravo Telecom has three subscription ways: by phone, online and by store.

No problem! First of all, you need to have on hand your email order confirmation.It contains among other things some information as your account number (ACC), your name and the company phone number.

When ordering, if the customer opts for a semi-annual subscription, he will have to pay for a six-month internet service in one payment. He will then benefit of an additional 15 free days of service.
