FLEXgo costs only 1$/month. If you subscribe to the FLEXgo and didn’t exceed your download limit, the 1$ fee will still be charged.

If you exceed your download limit, you will have to pay 1$/month for FLEXgo, and will benefit from an upgrade to the plan that fits the most your consumption. The upgrade will be valid for the months where the consumption has been higher than the limit of your initial plan. Once the limit is respected, the monthly payment will be of the initial plan with an extra 1$ for the FLEXgo.

The upgrade will depend on the amount of exceeding Go consumed:

For a monthly consumption between 250 and 400Go: the fare the client will have to pay will be of the 400 Go plan.

For a consumption exceeding 400Go: the fare the client will have to pay will be of the unlimited plan.

By choosing the half-year or the one-year subscription, the customer of Bravo Telecom will pay the totality of his subscription and will receive an additional duration of free service depending on the chosen subscription.

By choosing a semi-annual subscription, the client will pay 6 months of services. He will then get an additional 15 days of free service when the first 6 months come to term.

By choosing an annual subscription, the client will pay 12 months of services. He will then get an additional month of free service when the first 12 months come to term.

The added period of free service doesn’t include the excessive usage of the services, but only the basic monthly fees related to the chosen plan. The following additional fees are also not considered in the offer.

  • The $1/month fee for the FLEXgo tool

  • The fees related to the basic international calls.

  • Any exceeding fees related to the plan limit (50go, 250go, 400go)

**Satisfied or your money back policy

If the customer is not satisfied by our services, he will have 15 days after his installation to start the cancellation process. All the fees will be refunded, except the $19.95 for the opening of a customer file.

Some restrictions may apply. The new payment method for semiannual and annual subscriptions can be changed or extended without notice.

If you are not satisfied with our services, Bravo Telecom commits to refund the majority of your order within 15 days after your installation.

After the installation, the new customer of Bravo Telecom will be given the opportunity to try out the service and make sure of its efficiency without concern.

The refund includes the starting fees that varies from one plan to another as well as the service fees that also depends on the chosen plan. The 19,95$ fee for the file opening is non-refundable.

The semi-annual and annual subscriptions will be fully refunded. Except for the file opening fees.

Please note that after the 15 days of trial, the ‘’Money back guarantee’’ won’t be valid anymore.

Please note that the ‘’Money back guarantee’’ shall be applied only if the customer service or technical support are not able to bring any help fixing an issue within the 15 days following the installation.
